The Chem-Lock® Dual Chemical Transport Box
Description
Available in Green or Yellow, the Chem-Lock DUAL Transport box is designed to accommodate up to 6 x 5 Litre containers when not using gassing agents, it is made from specifically formulated thermoplastic meaning it is extremely tough, chemical resistant, fire retardant and weighs only 7kg.
The plastic compound means there is a significant weight saving compared to a similar sized steel box, so is still easily manageable when loaded with full containers and also has no corrosion issues which can be found with steel. Furthermore as Glyphosate is one of the most commonly used none selective herbicides, using a plastic box to store this chemical means there is no risk of producing highly flammable Hydrogen which can be produced when Glyphosate comes in to contact with galvanized or unlined mild steel.
The lid to box seal is made from a high ACN Nitrile Rubber which has a particularly high resistance to chemical including solvents that can be present in some pesticides, this seal can also be replaced if it becomes damaged.
The DUAL box lid closes with two over centre quick lock latches and one centre latch which can be further secured with a padlock if required. The lid is also easily removed from the box when open so can be repurposed as a spill tray with a 77mm depth, it can also be replaced separately if lost or damaged.

Description
The Chem-Lock PEST PARTNER storage box is a gas tight box designed for the professional operator, using gassing compounds such as aluminium phosphide. The internal tray will accommodate up to 8 x 90/100 gsm flasks.
The PEST PARTNER is made from specifically formulated thermoplastic meaning it is extremely tough, chemical resistant, and fire retardant. Weighing only 1.25KG there is a significant weight saving compared to a similar sized steel box and also has no corrosion issues which can be found with steel.

The Chem-Lock® M-cap Bayonet Quick Change Nozzle Holder (Berthoud/Solo)
The Chem-Lock® Multi Cap Bayonet Nozzle Mount has been specifically designed and manufactured in house to facilitate quick and easy changing of spray nozzles on Berthoud, Solo and Cooper Pegler sprayers. The caps are large enough to manipulate when wearing gloves and just require a push and twist motion to remove in order to change the nozzle.All versions screw onto standard sprayer lances with specific versions designed for Berthoud which includes a 45° elbow or without for Cooper Peglar, Solo & other knapsack/ backpack sprayers. Fitted with MultiCap glass reinforced caps which are deeper and offer better nozzle protection from damage.
